One of the best parts of blogging is the conversations and the friendships that I’ve enjoyed. I’ve met lots of people (online and face-to-face) that I wouldn’t have otherwise. It’s easy to be isolated or stuck within one’s own circles. Blogging moves you out of that. You can’t always organize friendships and the discussions that come out of them. You can, however, take steps to provide an environment in which these conversations and friendships can take place. Blogging is one way. Here’s another. Some of the coolest people I have met are part of something new called Resonate.ca. If you’re Canadian or are interested in how to follow Christ within this culture, check it out, including the brand new soap box (blog). This should be good.
