Preacher wanted

Lousy Ed didn’t get a flu shot and won’t be able to preach on Sunday, which is supposed to be a day off for me. To top it off, he promised a great narrative sermon that would keep the attention of the kids. Not only do I lose a Sunday but I have to measure up to the heightened expectations. I’m going to compensate by being short. The only thing that can compete with being interesting is being short. Next year I’m giving Ed the flu shot myself. Get better soon, bud.
