The Rolling Stones

I’ll be glad when the Stones concert is over. It’s all anyone’s talking about in Toronto. It’s the top of every newscast, and on the front page of every newspaper. People who live close to Downsview are renting out their driveways for the day. Police are threatening to ticket those who park on lawns. It’s the biggest ticketed concert in history. It’s so funny to think that the Stones are around my mother’s age. It’s hard to imagine my mother rocking Toronto, and yet here the Stones are.
