The bar has been set low
We use Bell Internet High Speed for Business at the church, and we’ve been having problems for about a month. To make it worse, the customer service has been terrible. We just phoned in to inquire about our account and they hung up on us. Unbelievable. The bar is set so low for customer service today that mediocrity would make you stand out. Forget In Search of Excellence. I’d stop the search if I found adequate. We’re going to give Rogers a try. I hope it works out a little better. Please don’t send me your Rogers horror stories. Let me live with a little hope.
