Dad Wouldn’t Go

I lost the battle of the wills this morning. Dad refused to go to his doctor’s appointment. He’s 81, but figures why go to the doctor until something’s wrong? Of course, he isn’t even aware that something is wrong. I lost. It’s tough but not surprising. My mission today: to enjoy my last day with Dad as I pack up.
