The Need for Critical Thinking

Margaret Wheatley, speaking to the Innovation Network conference, September 22, in Minneapolis, said fear and the lack of time for critical thinking are blocking innovation in today’s culture. “The problems we face today are far beyond our capacity to solve them with old ways of thinking. Innovation requires thinking and thinking requires time,” said Wheatley.
