Resisting temptation requires being realistic about its inevitability, taking personal responsibility, understanding its process, and relying on God’s strength to overcome it.
Elders in the church are responsible for leading, teaching, equipping, protecting, and modeling Christlike behavior, while meeting high personal, domestic, relational, and doctrinal qualifications, with authority entrusted to them but accountability to the congregation.
Biblical leadership requires multiple godly elders to guide the church with accountability, while the congregation must practice supportive followership for harmony and growth.
