Today marks the release of my book [*How to Grow: Applying the Gospel to ALL of Life*](https://www.gospelforlife.com/how-to-grow/?ref=dashhouse.com).

I began writing this book to unpack a theologically rich and yet intensely practical approach to spiritual growth. I wanted to provide a resource for people who want to grow in every area of life, but feel stuck, or at least that they could be farther along than they are.

My goal is to help people learn how to grow, so they can enjoy God more and make a lasting impact on others.

This book will help you:

- Understand how the gospel applies to all of life
- Recover the joy of spiritual growth
- Take simple, achievable steps that lead to lasting growth
- Strengthen your relationship with God
- Make an eternal difference in the lives of others

It’s designed for individuals, but includes questions for small groups. I’ve also prepared some [resources for pastors and leaders](https://www.gospelforlife.com/how-to-grow-resources/?ref=dashhouse.com).

If you’re interested, please check out the [book page](https://www.gospelforlife.com/how-to-grow/?ref=dashhouse.com) or download a couple of sample chapters.

## Endorsements

> Discipleship is a key but often neglected part of Christian life and ministry. Without intentionality, it simply won’t happen. I’m encouraged to see Darryl exploring this important topic, and pray that this book will be a blessing to the church.

> I’ve become such an admirer of Darryl Dash in the several years I’ve known him, and I’m grateful to see his pastoral and practical wisdom poured into these pages. Without a doubt, people will read *How to Grow* and discover habits to help them grow in Christ. This will now be the first book I turn to in my own discipleship relationships.

> Deeply simple. Profoundly accessible. Generously gracious. Here are three phrases that describe *How to Grow*. In his book, Darryl outlines a refreshing approach to an ancient practice—spiritual growth. So don’t miss this and don’t read it too fast either—take it one step at a time.
