# Reminder: Theology Pub Next Monday

Just a reminder that [Theology Pub](http://theologypub.ca/?ref=dashhouse.com) is next Monday. Details:

> Our March Theology Pub is scheduled for Monday, March 21 at 7:00 p.m. It’s at the same [location](http://theologypub.ca/location/?ref=dashhouse.com): the Bishop and Belcher Pub at Church and Hayden, just south of Bloor and Church.

> Here’s the topic. Last in February, Justin Taylor posted [a blog entry](http://thegospelcoalition.org/blogs/justintaylor/2011/02/26/rob-bell-universalist/?ref=dashhouse.com) about Rob Bell. This post launched a firestorm. Rob Bell became a trending topic on Twitter, and the controversy hit CNN. Over 1,400 people have commented on the post.

> There are some questions worth considering as a result of this incident:

- How do we deal with serious theological issues like this with blogs and Twitter?
- How do we deal with issues like this when we’re prone to line up according to our groups and heros?
- When is it appropriate to judge? When should we hold our fire?

Even if you’re sick of the Rob Bell controversy, I think there are some lessons we can learn. This is a fairly diverse group, and I anticipate that we’ll have a good discussion next Monday.
