# Tim Keller: What a Guy

I first came across [Tim Keller](http://www.monergism.com/thethreshold/articles/bio/timkeller.html?ref=dashhouse.com) a few years ago. Since then I’ve grown to appreciate his preaching, writing, and leadership.

You may think you know a lot about Tim Keller. His profile is rising, and his book [*The Reason for God*](http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0525950494/dashhouse-20?ref=dashhouse.com) was a New York Times bestseller. But here are some little known facts:

Evidently he is [running for Senate](http://www.timkellerfornewmexico.com/?ref=dashhouse.com) and [held a party last night](http://www.yourstreet.com/2008/6/3/46/3452179/sd-17-tim-keller-hosts-election-night-party?ref=dashhouse.com) in New Mexico.

He’s also known as [“the guy that killed the cork”](http://www.californiaaggie.com/article/916?ref=dashhouse.com) in the wine industry. Amazing. Is there anything he can’t do?

Then [this](http://karijo.wordpress.com/2008/06/03/beck-call-girl/?ref=dashhouse.com): evidently he even goes well with Eric Clapton + AC/DC.

I haven’t seen these facts show up on [Steve McCoy’s Tim Keller page](http://www.stevekmccoy.com/reformissionary/2005/07/tim%5Fkeller%5Farti.html?ref=dashhouse.com) yet, but I’m waiting.
