# I can’t keep up

I just listened to last week’s [MacBreak Weekly](http://www.twit.tv/mbw33?ref=dashhouse.com) and learned the following: E-mail is old school. Only the old use it. Texting/instant messaging is the way to go. [MySpace](http://www.myspace.com/?ref=dashhouse.com) is so 2005, maybe 2006\. [Facebook](http://www.facebook.com/) isn’t it. [Virb](http://www.virb.com/?ref=dashhouse.com) is in. I should be using [Twitter](http://twitter.com/?ref=dashhouse.com) a whole lot more. I really can’t keep up. I’m like so January 2007.
