# Final 2007 Post: Grad

I mentioned the two biggest themes for 2007 for me: [gospel](https://www.dashhouse.com/darryl/2007/12/a%5Frenewed%5Ffocus%5Fon%5Fwhat%5Fmatter.htm) and [forgiveness](https://www.dashhouse.com/darryl/2007/12/forgiveness%5F1.htm). One more that I can’t ignore is my [grad](https://www.dashhouse.com/darryl/2007/05/i%5Fwalked%5Ftoday.htm).

It feels good to be done. Graduating was a way to mark the occasion but it really wasn’t as big a deal was the experience of being pushed to integrate study, ministry, and life. The other big benefit was relationships I developed with people I wouldn’t otherwise have met.

2007 was a very good year.
