# Government imploding

We don’t have [the NHL](http://www.nhl.com/?ref=dashhouse.com) but we always have politics. Our [prime minister](http://www.pm.gc.ca/?ref=dashhouse.com) has just addressed the nation. Contrary to expectations, he has not declared war on the States to divert attention from the [sponsorship scandal](http://news.google.ca/news?hl=en&lr=&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&tab=nn&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=sponsorship+scandal&btnG=Search+News&ref=dashhouse.com). He spoke warmly but I’m not sure it will be enough. Contrite but probably not enough. I am now witnessing the [Conservative leader](http://www.conservative.ca/english/leader.asp?ref=dashhouse.com) speaking in French! while appreciating a [great satire site](http://www.primeminister.ca/?ref=dashhouse.com) and chatting with a [Saskatoon friend](http://www.jordoncooper.com/?ref=dashhouse.com). Harper just alleged a criminal conspiracy. The political blood is coursing through my veins. [Mr. Cooper](http://www.jordoncooper.com/?ref=dashhouse.com) can’t even post because [Blogger](http://www.blogger.com/sorry.html?ref=dashhouse.com) is down. Fun! P.S. Now the [Bloc Quebecois](http://www.blocquebecois.org/?ref=dashhouse.com) leader is speaking in English!
