# Bummed out

I’ve been working on a major project for a while, and it looked like things were moving to resolution. Today, it fell apart. I’m disappointed. Things looked promising. I can’t get into specifics, but I’m definitely getting streched in my leadership. We’re facing some significant challenges right now – not people-related (thankfully) but big nonetheless. Today’s news adds to the disappointment. To top it all off, I mentioned to Charlene, [Jimmy Fallon](http://www.nbc.com/Saturday%5FNight%5FLive/bios/Jimmy%5FFallon.html?ref=dashhouse.com) is leaving [Saturday Night Live](http://www.nbc.com/Saturday%5FNight%5FLive/index.html?ref=dashhouse.com). I didn’t get much sympathy on the last item.
