*Christianity Today* has published a fascinating [article on the Emergent movement](http://www.christianitytoday.com/ct/2004/011/12.36.html?ref=dashhouse.com) (yes, I called it a movement). I am caring less and less about whether a church or person is emergent. The real issue goes deeper. The money quote for me is this one by Rob Bell:

> “People don’t get it,” he told me. “They think it’s about style. But the real question is: What is the gospel?”

Some good stuff to wrestle with in the article.
