I visited [Oxford](http://www.oxfordcity.co.uk/?ref=dashhouse.com) today. I’m a history freak – I absolutely loved it. Great architecture. I’m blown away by the beauty. I saw the spot where [Hugh Latimer](http://justus.anglican.org/resources/bio/269.html?ref=dashhouse.com) was martyred. I visited [the pub](http://cslewis.drzeus.net/pictures/eaglepub.html?ref=dashhouse.com) where C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien used to hang out together – where *The Chronicles of Narnia* and *The Hobbit* were first read. Amazing.

Tomorrow I take Dad to the psycho-geriatrician. I’m also going to try to arrange for him to sign a power of attorney. Then it’s time to pack and come home.
