One reason I love living in Toronto - the food. Roti, for instance. Around here, roti is "a dish of stewed or curried ingredients wrapped in a roti skin." Goat roti is now my Tuesday lunch tradition.
I ordered one today at Roti Roti and saw him writing down "mild." Must have looked at my white face and figured that's all I could handle. I quickly corrected him and enjoyed a fabulous, spicy meal. I'll be going back.
Maybe you need to pay us a visit in Trinidad... home to many great roti shops!
