Nice rush!

Every hockey dad has to brag sometimes.

The funnest part of my somewhat wonky week was seeing my son in his first end-to-end rush today, capped by one of the nicest goals I've ever seen.

Almost makes those 7 a.m. weekend practices worth it!

Hi Jacob,

He's seven, almost eight. He started late so he's in the Tykes level for a local league. His team is called the Leafs, except he makes it clear that he plays for the good Leafs. ;)

It's a fun level because you see all the kids develop a lot over the season.
