Million dollar starter homes
The Post had an article last week about million dollar starter homes in Toronto. Whatever. Then my neighbor put his house up for sale this week. I almost fell off my chair when I found out the asking price. It's nowhere near a million, but it's tens of thousands more than I would have guessed. And yet the rental market in Toronto is bad because too many people are buying instead of renting. Incredible.
..makes you want to see what you could get for your house (and then move to Calgary)?!
Sell your house! No, wait a minute! You'd still have to buy in TO - Oh well, whenever you get called out to South Africa or something....
...Or Essex...
Boston, California... oops... those are more not less. So much for that!
