From ABC in Chicago:
January 7, 2003 (HUDSON, FL) — Bill Martin figures the scriptures are enough to cover folks at a Christian nudist camp.He wants to transform about 240 acres in the Tampa Bay, Florida, area into a modern-day Garden of Eden. Plans for the Natura nudist resort include an open church, a giant water park for the kids -- and -- of course, nude volleyball.
No word on the fig leaves.
As long as the preacher uses a pulpit where do I sign up? LOL
watch out for the crocodiles...eek
Nothing new here. Christian nudists have been around for a long time.
Hmm... I wonder if they need a pastor? :)
only in america..
I just totally could not imagine nudism like that in a Christian context. I have no problem with being naked, but not while men oogle me during prayer time.
Brenna-lynn, from my limited experience with naked people, most look much better in clothes.
OK. Time for me to stand up for the non-represented. :)
I'm not a naturalist. But I can understand them and the way of life and have no problems with it. Hedonism I have a problem with - but there is no direct correlation between the two. There are hedonistic and non-hedonistic naturalists, just as there are hedonistic and non-hedonistic textiles (what naturists call those of us who like to swim encumbered).
And Darryl's exactly right. The general population, when nude, is anything but erotic. :)
Darryl, I see...I guess it's true that most every guy like yourself wouldn't even bat an eye on a nude beach full of nude women...excuuuuse me for overestimating myself :)
Nah, I didn't say that. But Cuba helped remind me: people wearing bathing suits is good. The people who had removed part of their bathing suits really should have thought harder and longer about it. Clothes can cover a multitude of sins.
