Christina has a science project due at school: kitchen chemistry. So she made a wacky cake and took notes on the physical and chemical changes in the properties of the ingredients as she prepared the cake. Tonight she spent another 5 hours putting her project together on a display board. The best part is that the title (wacky cake) fits so well with the still very noticable kid hand-writing. It just goes together! We took lots of mini polaroid photos - it was alot of fun although we were both weary by the end. Thankfully Josiah slept over at Joel's. Had he been here for the entire evening I think the wacky would have been less than wonderful! Well, another science project done - didn't realize that sending my kid to school would be so stressful for mother!
God: there is no god like you. You alone are worthy to be praised. You have flooded my life with incredible riches. I am unworthy of your favour. On Tuesday, September 30 Mom received a call from Dad's vehicle insurer to initiate their assessment of Dad's requirements and needs. Do you know what this means?! My mind staggers at the thoughts of what this means! WOW! Many of the burdens and heartaches that I have carried are scattered in a single moment. I am overwhelmed by God's generosity towards us! How is it that I am always surprised by the height, depth, length and width of God's provisions? The Lord is good. His mercies are NEW every morning!
