Last Call: Leaders Who Last Seminar

A week from today we're hosting a seminar for Christian leaders in Toronto. Dave Kraft, author of the excellent book Leaders Who Last, is going to be speaking to us about what it takes to lead over the long haul. He's going to cover three areas:

• a credible life
• a compelling vision
• a cohesive team

I'm really looking forward to having Dave around. In particular, I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can from him, both in the seminar and even in the car as I drive him around.

I've read Leaders Who Last a couple of times now. It's one of the books that I read during my sabbatical last year as I reflected on changes I need to make in my life and ministry. I plan on reading it again in the coming week.
