Interview with Dave Kraft

I had the opportunity last week to interview Dave Kraft, author of the excellent book Leaders Who Last. I asked Dave a number of questions, such as:

  • Why do so many pastors drop out?
  • How can the wives of pastors survive the pressures of ministry?
  • Are there unique challenges faced by introverts in ministry?
