Messy Desk = Ordered Mind?

I visited a pastor friend in his office yesterday and this is what I found:

He must have read the article that suggests that "a clean desk can hinder worker efficiency."

Whatever. I have to admit to being surprised to find this book on top of a pile beside his desk:

What do you think? Should this friend's office receive an extreme makeover: pastoral edition?

Darryl had the manners to ask me if it was OK to post my messy desk and incongruous book - after he posted it!! Well Darryl, yes, it is OK. Others have been in my study and seen it even before I cleaned it into the pristine condition you see here.
