New City Baptist Church

My friends Ian Clary and John Bell are planting a church in downtown Toronto. Say the words "church planting" and "downtown Toronto" and you have me excited.

Ian tells you a little more about the church here.

A few of us are hoping to go to their service this coming Sunday. I love what they're doing. You can check out their new website, and, if you remember, pray for them.

Thanks for this!! Incidentally, I recently met another church planter in downtown TO. His name is Jay Lee and he's planting right next to Robart's library. I sent him in invite to the pub night, TPF and the pastor's conference.

Glad to hear this news. What a location! Lot's of hard work ahead for them, but we sure do need churches in the city!
