How I turned the tables on Alan Roxburgh

Alan writes:

One of my goals while in Toronto was to interview Darryl Dash...The interview took a twist and Darryl ended up interviewing me. In this week’s podcast you’ll hear the conversation between Darryl and I ranging from trends within the Canadian church, how cultures change and how local churches innovate change.

I think the interview was much better with Alan as the one being interviewed. Here's what we talked about:

1. What’s happening in the culture?
2. How does culture change take place?
3. How do you innovate mission-shaped change in an existing local church (the ‘transformation’ question) and
4. What does this mean for leaders?

The guy talks so much you hardly got a word in and most of what he's saying is hoogly.

Darryl, Congrats. You're the first blogger to get a comment from Mars. Too cool.
