April Fools' Day

I thought about doing an April Fools' post, saying that I was finally tired of Macs and was going back to a PC, or that I was happy to announce that I am joining the staff of the Prayer Palace, or something like that, but I couldn't think of anything good enough.

My favorite April Fools' prank took place years ago when Daylight Savings Time and April Fools' fell on the same day. I was boarding with a family and offered to change all of the clocks for them. Instead of moving them an hour forward, I moved all the watches and clocks an hour and forty minutes, hoping they wouldn't listen to the radio.

They got up in a mad scramble to get to church. They asked if I wanted a ride, but I told them I would catch up with them later. It was only when they arrived at church very early that they put it together. Kind of fun.

Enjoy your April Fools' Day, and don't forget the other celebration going on today.
