Rock on! I tried to post this on emergent no, but I am banned 6 ways from sunday and can rarely find an opening :) ""Our Father." That then, includes those of God's children who differ from us in their doctrine. Ah! There are some that differ from us as wide as the poles; but yet they are God's children. Come, Mr. Bigot, do not kneel down, and say, "My Father," but "Our Father." "If you please, I cannot put in Mr. So-and-So, for I think he is a heretic." Put him in, sir; God has put him in, and you must put him in too, and say, "Our Father." Is it not remarkable how very much alike all God's people are upon their knees?"

Darryl, the "Spurgeon no" website is not worth the time to debate. More piffle that proves the truth of Proverbs 26:4. Darwin Fish actually states that he does not know of another preacher who is true to the Scriptures besides himself. This is just another member of the wacko fringe who probably gets nourishment from whatever publicity he gets. His comments and understanding of the Scriptures are not worth debating, not to mention how little it takes to make his heretic list. I would be very concerned if Fish considered me sound. The quote below comes from Philip Johnson's annotated bookmarks. "This group used to be called "God's Word Fellowship." The original name was inappropriate enough, but the new name could hardly be less fitting. In the first place, this is not a true church at all, but a cult based on the teaching of one man
