My prediction for the 2008 Presidential election

Republican Arnold Schwarzenegger vs. Democrat Hillary Clinton. Wouldn't that be fun?

I may be wrong but I think Arnold would be disqualified as a presidential candidate due to the fact he was not born in the U.S. (i seem to recall this is a requirement)

Wouldn't it have been fun though?

The match up I would have liked in 2000 would have been for Al Gore to have Hilary Clinton as his running mate and George Bush to counter with Elizabeth Dole as his running mate. Then we could have had a Gore/Clinton ticket running against a Bush/Dole ticket. Many of the same familiar names, but without Bob Dole and Bill Clinton. It would have been an entertaining election!

While we're at it .. how 'bout Don Cherry for P.M. '-)

Maybe Don Cherry (Conservative) vs. Ken Dryden (Liberal)?

I think Arnold will run in 2012 or maybe 2016. That will give us time to amend the constitution which would enable him to run.
