I need your book ideas

coverI'm on vacation in about a week, and I'm looking for a good novel to read while camping. In the past few years, I've read Life of Pi, House of Sand and Fog, Family Matters, and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. I'm thinking of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time for this year, but I'm not sure. Anyone got a good novel they can recommend?
