Bummed out

I've been working on a major project for a while, and it looked like things were moving to resolution. Today, it fell apart. I'm disappointed. Things looked promising. I can't get into specifics, but I'm definitely getting streched in my leadership. We're facing some significant challenges right now - not people-related (thankfully) but big nonetheless. Today's news adds to the disappointment. To top it all off, I mentioned to Charlene, Jimmy Fallon is leaving Saturday Night Live. I didn't get much sympathy on the last item.

I'll give you some sympathy on the last item. Fallon's just about the only reason I bother watching SNL these days. Without him, I'm not sure I would bother.
