If I had $1,300

I'd get one of these.

I'd like to convert our church office over to them. If one more PC crashes, so help me... The crazy thing is that you can get an iBook like mine for $1499, and the little Powerbook for around $2000, with a DVD burner. Those are PC prices!

While they are undoubtedly bleading edge technology, they are also niche market technology .. not as much product for Apple as compared to the IBM world ... not that I wouldn't want one either '-)

DD .. I'm with Brian. We just gave Randy the medium Power Book with all the toys for his 10th anniversary here, to take on his 3 month sabbatical to Cambridge/Ridley Hall. Under $2500. Makes my request for the baby iBook look ok to the finance folks. Brian is right, portablity rules over eMac, no?

Hey Trish, have been to www.despair.com? You could design some new posters for them!
