We're losing our heritage

We can't let this happen:
A Yukon tradition is in danger of fading away because of milder northern winters: fewer and fewer women are participating in Whitehorse's annual hairy legs contest.

I'd enter the contest. It might be good since another cold snap is coming.

I wonder if Kevin could pass as a woman? He'd win that contest hands down!

Darryl, you may remember "L.K." (initials used to protect her identity). She went to CBS with us for a few years. Beat me in Greek as I recall - though that was no great feat. I used to see her on the TTC occasionally in the winter. The hair on her legs was growing through her nylons. Nice look, but I guess it held them up!

Lisa Kudrow went to CBS? Good news: I've applied for a gov't grant to preserve this part of our heritage!
