Computerless

My computer is in for repair. That means I'm computerless for a couple of days (except when I steal someone else's like now). My daughter was aghast. "How can you work if you don't have a computer?" I explained to her that in the olden days (like when I started to pastor), we somehow found a way to work without computers. She couldn't accept it. "Yeah, but how can you work without a computer?" I suppose I'll get by somehow.

Oh no! You are lucky it's just a couple of days...the area I live in they can get to it in a day or two or depending on what ails it, send it off to a major centre. I've seen some friends computerless for weeks. Hang in there.

You have missed the message. Your daughter said how "you" could do without a compupter '-)

I was without one for two days. It felt like both my hands had been cut off. I tried to write somethings with a pen (remember those??)...no one could read it. Sad...very sad.

I have a computer, but no good place to connect to the internet with it! I'm having to decide which of my technological wonders will actually be useful in the DR. That might be a yard sale you'd be interested in, eh?
