This just in: Results from the 2004 Presidential Election

Pat Robertson has declared a winner, citing a very credible source:

NORFOLK, Va. ó Religious broadcaster Pat Robertson said Friday he believes God has told him President Bush will be re-elected in a "blowout" in November... "The Lord has just blessed him," Robertson said of Bush. "I mean, he could make terrible mistakes and comes out of it. It doesn't make any difference what he does, good or bad, God picks him up because he's a man of prayer and God's blessing him."

God could not be reached for comment on the anticipated federal election in Canada.

Could you contact Pat and get him to ask God about us here in Canada? Does Pat know where Canada is?

There is a line of truth in Pat's statement, in as much as it refer's to God's character. (Ie. God blessed David because he was being true to Himself and His promises, more than because David made the right choices as a leader, or that he was a man of prayer. In terms of Pat or Bush, I'll conserve some oxygen...
