Leaver sensitive

Andrew Jones blogged about the idea of becoming leaver sensitive today. What a great concept. Many of us blame church leavers and think there's something wrong with them. You may or may not agree with the reasons why many have given up on the established church, but we could all probably take two very positive steps:
Realize that one can leave the established church without leaving church (the established church is only one model of doing church, and not the only valid one) Instead of blaming church leavers, try to understand them. They may not always be right in everything they say, but for my money, they're right in at least some of their critiques of the established church
