Gender and leadership

This year, our church board asked me to do some study on the issue of gender and leadership within the church. We just published the study today at Richview. It's also posted here online, for what it's worth. A PDF version will be posted at the Richview website. It's far from the final word, but it at least raises some of the issues and points out that there are few clear-cut answers. We can still come to our own conclusions, but I'm less and less convinced that we should slam those who disagree with us.
