Light posting

I haven't been posting too much this week. I've been loading up my new laptop, and it hasn't been a smooth process. I lost one installation, and in the restore process, managed to delete the partition that held the backup. Doh! I should be back to normal pretty soon. Normal for me, that is.

I remember those days well. The whizbang PC we put in our secretaries office 4 months ago crapped out with a cracked motherboard of all things, and it's never worked right even after we got it fixed. I was editing video on it, and twice saw the blue screen of death literally minutes before completing fairly complex projects. "Never again," I said to myself. I'm coming up on my first anniversary since "switching", and haven't had a single regret. Not to rub it in or anything...!
