Examples of dying churches

From the comments section of Waving or Drowning, on the subject of dying churches:
That was a huge part of the conf. we went to in May. There is a church in Leeds that doesn't meet anymore, and basically is dying - but is also thriving..........sounds like they contradict each other but they don't - and that the dying church is actually a good thing because then you focus on relationships and not the building, the programs, the meetings etc. Was quite an eye opener.
I'd like to find out more about this.
