I'm reminded a question that struck like a sledge hammer when being interviewed for a pastoral position. This gentleman (part of the search committee for his church) travelled 3-4 hours to come and meet with me. When we met he had one main question or request, "Talk to me about your walk with God." I thought that was powerful, more along the kind of questions we should be asking of each other.
