Catalyst Labs

Heard Ron Martoia speak today. My mind is still expanding. He's like Jordon Cooper on steroids. That's not at all an insult to Jordon; I mean that as a compliment. Mortoia has to be a genius. He reads about 120 books a year. I've got to hear this guy more. Can't wait to go home and re-read Morph. I'm learning you have to be careful what you say around three other guys. We're going to the Passion concert on Friday night. I keep talking about a night of Passion and they all look at me funny. No idea why. I heard Sealy Yates of Yates and Yates today. He's the agent for John Eldredge, Os Guiness, Charles Swindoll, Larry Crabb, John Maxwell, Erwin McManus, and others. Learned some good stuff about book publishing. Kevin Myers talked about conference attendees being insight junkies always looking for the next aha and never going through the angst of application. I've been critical of John Maxwell in the past, some of it deserved, but I will give him credit for bringing in guys like Ron Martoia.
