U-Haul Doesn't Get It

I tried to rent a truck from U-Haul online last night. Near the end of the reservation process, they revealed that they would charge a $5 administration fee for making the reservation online. I hate it when businesses think they can add a surcharge to the product for the privilege of doing business with them. Some companies just don't get the Internet.
