Transitional Leadership

Transitional leadership is tough! I received an e-mail from a pastor a couple of days ago. He's leading his church through the process of transition. He's been under a lot of attack in the past year. He calls it the toughest year of his life.

The worst part is that Christians don't seem to fight fairer than anybody else. It seems to be the same or worse - personal attacks or anger. A little like the story of Moses and the children of Israel, I think.
