Royal York

NATIONAL POST
The Royal York has always been creative in integrating itself into the community. From the time it opened in 1929, it has tried to capture the heart of Torontonians.
A good travel review of the hotel where we honeymooned. We've been back about five times since, including this past Friday, to celebrate our anniversary. I love the feel of the place. I love the history (1929 is a long time ago by Canadian standards.) I love that it appears so much in the writings of Robertson Davies. Our recent stay wasn't perfect (memo to room service: four courses means you should send up four, not two), but it's still my favorite hotel.
