Meetings

What I read yesterday afternoon:
Keith Yamashita Wants to Reinvent Your Company Don't hold meetings longer than two hours. (Otherwise they're workshops, which require more planning.)
What I did last night: attended a 4.5 hour meeting. Ouch!
