Wal-Mart

I love new Wal-Marts. They're cheap, spacious, convenient. I love the self-check out. I was excited - okay, a little too excited - to hear that our old dingy Wal-Mart was about to relocate. I visited the new location this weekend. The parking is better, but inside: crowded aisles, long line-ups, bad service (they really messed up my photo developing order), and a customer service rep who swore in front of customers. Sometimes new buildings really are overrated.
